Important Notice:
The Purchase and Service Policy is subject to updates and changes. Buyers are encouraged to regularly review the policies before making any purchase or requesting a service.
• For ongoing negotiations: If a policy update occurs, a notification will be sent to buyers who have initiated discussions but have not finalized the agreement.
• For completed transactions: If the buyer has already made a payment based on a previous version of the policy, the terms of that previous version will remain in effect for both parties.

I accept full upfront payments but also offer the option of an initial deposit (down payment) with the remaining amount due upon delivery of the product or service.

3. Revisions and Refunds
• Refunds are not guaranteed after the agreed limit of revisions has been reached.
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will incur extra costs, to be negotiated based on the product.
• If the seller fails to complete the additional paid revisions beyond the agreed limit, 100% of the amount paid for those additional revisions will be refunded. A full refund for the design will not be issued.
• Example: If the project includes 15 revisions and the agreed limit is 10 revisions, the cost of the extra 5 revisions will be fully refunded.

• Delivery can be digital or in person, with travel costs from point A to point B included, and potential price increases for printed, stamped, or other physical products.
The most common delivery formats include:
• PDF: Ready for printing;
• JPEG/SVG: For digital use or other specific purposes;
• Other formats can be discussed beforehand;
• Meetings: All meetings will be held exclusively via Google Meets to ensure protection for both parties.

Completion deadlines depend on the product and prior negotiations. Buyers have the right to request progress updates during the creation process.

6. Buyer’s Rights Regarding the Product
• The buyer does not have the right to modify or resell the design.
• Modifications/alterations are only permitted within the agreed revision limit and before the final product delivery.
• If the buyer wishes to resell the design, they must acquire copyright ownership (see point 7).

• Copyright transfer is available for an additional payment, negotiated between both parties.
• The price may vary depending on the sentimental and creative value of the work to the seller. The seller reserves the right to refuse transfer offers if they are deemed unsuitable.
• Even after the transfer of copyright ownership, the seller retains the right to publish the work on websites, Behance, or other platforms, with proper credit given to the buyer.
• Similarly, the seller commits to not reselling or modifying the design.
